1. 3. Minutes of AGM 2024 covering 2022-2023 - Names of trustees to be added.
4. Chair's Report
5. Festival Report - Ian Payne reported a successful Festival on March 1st - 3rd which returned a small profit. Arrangements for the forthcoming 25th Festival on March 6th - 9th are well in hand. Venue capacity is a limiting factor to any future expansion. David Miller was thanked for his curation of the programme.
6. Treasurer's Report - Paul Titley was thanked for his excellent management of the Club's finances.
7. Election of Officers - The following proposed and voted in:
   • Chair: Vaughan Ames
   • Vice Chair: David Miller
   • Treasurer: Paul Titley
   • Secretary: Roger Gook
   • Membership Secretary: Elspeth Payne
   • Festival Co-ordinator: Ian Payne
8. Election of Trustees - Ian Payne, Roger Gook and David Miller stood down and were re elected. Tom Rennie, Vaughan Ames and Ann Martin remain as trustees.
9. Any Other Business - Michael Bohling proposed a vote of thanks for the hard work put in by the committee and volunteers.
